[ Oh...

He gives a tiny snort. ]

Beauty, grace, et cetera...

[ Gently, he takes Astaroth's hand, kissing the back of it. ]

I'm going to help him up, okay?

[ And he walks over to do just that. ]

[ Astaroth frowns at the human falling off the couch. He's briefly distracted by Viné kissing his hand and only lightly huffs in slight annoyance. ]

Real smooth, human.

[ Awkwardly hanging back while the other demon approaches Akira to help him. ]

[He's a little dazed and probably a little bruised but otherwise fine! He lets himself be helped up and pecks Viné's cheek. He then looks to Astaroth and says without skipping a beat:]

"Doors are a social construct", eh? I like the way you think.

[ He smiles faintly as he's kissed, and he hears those words.

Just... shaking his head. ]

In any case... you two will be working together soon, right? I figured why not hang out for a little while? Maybe get to know each other...

[ Right after that, he's walking over and wrapping his arms around Astaroth, whispering his thanks and insisting that he's doing great. ]

[ His ice blue eyes dart away when Akira kisses the other, a flare of jealousy emanating from him but Astaroth doesn't move from his spot. He tenses, either to bolt or attack - hard to say at the moment. For a moment it seems he might outright ignore them both until Viné enters his space again.

Then he looks back with a huff after those arms come around him and those words come. ]

I wouldn't call it "working together" considering the position he's in.

[Oh.. oof. That's quite a reaction to just a chaste kiss...

His gaze softens further at Viné's actions. He doesn't quite hear the whispers, but that and his emotions are... very telling. Slowly, his gaze comes up to Astaroth.]

I'm always up for hanging out. And the position I'm in now probably won't be the same as the position I'm in later, if the first round is anything to go by.
